UPSSSC Assistant Accountant 2024 Recruitment: Syllabus and Exam Pattern
To score well in the UPSSSC Assistant Accountant 2024 MAINS Exam, candidates need to be well aware of the Exam Pattern and Syllabus. They should practice the question patterns and habit of solving paper within stipulated time. The UPSSSC Assistant Accountant Syllabus and Exam Pattern are given in detailed below for students who are interested in UPSSSC Assistant Accountant 2024 Recruitment.
- The written exam will be of total 100 marks.
- The UPSSSC Assistant Accountant syllabus 2024 will consists of main subjects which are:
– Audit & Final Accounts,
– Knowledge of computer,
– IT & modern technological concepts, and
– Uttar Pradesh General Knowledge. - As per the Exam Pattern,
– Part 1 will be of 10 marks for 5 sections and 15 marks for 1 section,
– Part 2 will be of 15 marks for one section, and
– Part 3 will be of 20 marks for one section.
New Revised Exam Pattern for UPSSSC Assistant Accountant Recruitment 2024
- Previously, the written exam was of total 200 marks for 2hrs and 30 minutes time period, but for 2024 UPSSSC Recruitment it has been changed to total 100 marks for 2Hrs.
- Previously there were more subjects in syllabus like General Hindi, General Intelligence Test, Accounting Law and Arithmetic, etc. But for 2024, the exam patterns and Syllabus has been revised into 3 Main parts with sections, as given in the table below:
- Till last UPSSSSC Recruitment Exams there were no Negative marking scheme, but from now, negative scheme has been imposed and 1/4th or 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer will be deducted.
- In official notification, the authorities have not mentioned anything about the Interview process which can be surprisingly presented later after written exams.

- Objective MCQ-type questions will be asked
- For every correct answer, candidate will get 1 mark.
- For every incorrect answer, 0.25 mark or 1/4th mark will be deducted under negative marking scheme.
- The total duration of exam will be 2 hours i.e., 120 minutes.

1st – Login with Personal Information including UPSSSC PET Registration Number, Date of Birth, Gender, Domicile, etc.
2nd – Login with UPSSSC PET Registration Number and OTP (One Time Password).
Stage #2: All the personal details of the candidate will be displayed once successfully logged in. Now, according to the post, the candidate has to fill additional details he/she wishes to apply for.
Stage #3: In the next step, the candidate will be asked to proceed with the payment of Rs. 25/-
Stage #4: Check and keep ready with you, all the required documents – Hand writing, eligibility, ID Proof, Address details, Basic details, etc.
Stage #5: Keep all the scanned documents also ready with you, such as Photo, Signature, ID proof, Thumb Proof, etc.
Stage #6: Now, verify all the details on the Print Preview page and after clicking the check box, the “Payment” button shall be visible.
Stage #7: Here you have to proceed with the Payment step. After completing the Online payment the PAR (Payment Acknowledgement Receipt) will be displayed. Click on Print Payment Receipt and take a print of the receipt.
