- For Bheshjik (Ayurvedic) Mains Exam will be shortlisted on the basis of their Preliminary Eligibility test – PET – 2023 score. hence, only those Applicants are allowed to apply who have qualified the PET-2023 with scorecard.
- UPSSSC Preliminary Eligibility Test-2023 (UPSSSC PET – 2023) Score Card.
- Passed 10+2 with Biology and Mathematics as a Subject.
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Ayurvedic with Registration in Council.
- Age Limit – 18 to 40 Years as on 1st Jul ‘2024

UPSSSC Pharmaceutical (Bheshjik) Ayurvedic: How to Apply / Form Filling & Application Process:
Stage #1: The applicant can login in any of the 2 ways.
1st – Login with Personal Information including UPSSSC PET Registration Number, Date of Birth, Gender, Domicile, etc.
2nd – Login with UPSSSC PET Registration Number and OTP (One Time Password).
Stage #2: All the personal details of the candidate will be displayed once successfully logged in. Now, according to the post, the candidate has to fill additional details he/she wishes to apply for.
Stage #3: In the next step, the candidate will be asked to proceed with the payment of Rs. 25/-
Stage #4: Check and keep ready with you, all the required documents – Hand writing, eligibility, ID Proof, Address details, Basic details, etc.
Stage #5: Keep all the scanned documents also ready with you, such as Photo, Signature, ID proof, Thumb Proof, etc.
Stage #6: Now, verify all the details on the Print Preview page and after clicking the check box, the “Payment” button shall be visible.
Stage #7: Here you have to proceed with the Payment step. After completing the Online payment the PAR (Payment Acknowledgement Receipt) will be displayed. Click on Print Payment Receipt and take a print of the receipt.
Stage #8: Check the filled form carefully and take printout of receipt and form which may need to be produced later.
