How to Apply / Form Filling & Application Process:
It is mandatory for the candidates to make One Time Registration (O.T.R.) and obtain O.T.R. Number before applying online. Those Candidates who have not obtained O.T.R. Number, must obtain it from commission’s website 72 hours before the submission of Online application. Only after obtaining O.T.R. Number a candidate may submit online application through commission’s website.
Check and keep ready with you, all the required documents – Hand writing, eligibility, ID Proof, Address details, Basic details, etc.
Samiksha Adhikari Review Officer – Application Process
The application process for UPPSC RO ARO Recruitment 2024 is explained below in 4 Stages:
Stage #1: On clicking the Apply button, it will ask to Authenticate. On clicking on Authenticate with OTR, it will ask Have you completed your OTR Registration, If you tick ‘Yes’ and click on GO button, than it will ask you to Enter your OTR number, where you have to fill your OTR number and click on Proceed button. On clicking proceed button Click here to Authenticate will be displayed. Here, the candidate can authenticate through OTP received on mobile number/email Id or OTR password. Once you complete the authentication step, candidates all personal details will be displayed. The candidate have to fill only the essential qualifications required for the post.
Stage #2: As all the details are already prefilled, after authenticating. Here you have to choose Yes/No only against each preferential qualification as per his/her eligibility.
Stage #3: In the next step, you will see a message displayed on scree, Click here to proceed with the payment, Fee to be Deposited (in INR) shall be displayed. After clicking on the above link, you will be redirected to SBI (MOPS) Multi Option Payment System. You will see 3 payment options: Net Banking, Card Payments, and Other Payment Modes. Here you have to proceed with the Payment step. After completing the Online payment the PAR (Payment Acknowledgement Receipt) will be displayed. Click on Print payment Receipt and take a print of the receipt.
Stage #4: In this last stage, you have to Check the filled form carefully and take printout of receipt and form which may need to be produced later, in case of any discrepancy.
After applying, in case of any error in the essential and preferential qualification, the essential and preferential qualification of the applied post can be modified only once by clicking on ‘Modify Application’ of ‘Candidate Dashboard (O.T.R. Based)’ of ‘Home Page’

- The candidate can submit one application for each post along with fees.
- The candidate, who would be called for interview, must submit to the respective Registrar of the District Court, the attested copies of the following certificates and produce originals thereof for verification:
- Proof of Date of birth (School Leaving Certificate/Birth Certificate/Secondary School Certificate)
- Passing Certificate of the qualifying examination / degree
- Marksheet of the qualifying examination / degree
- Caste Certificate
- Certificate of Computer Proficiency Course
- No objection certificate from the department if the candidate is in State/Central Government service
- Experience certificate/s, if any.
- For married female candidate, if she has changed her name after marriage, document regarding change of her name, such as copy of Government Gazette/Marriage certificate.
