Details about Internship:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Handling customer services-related tasks
- Replying to emails and chat
- Handling inbound and outbound calls when required
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Good Comprehension skills
- Good grasping power
- Should be well versed in the basics of e-commerce
- Should be energetic and enthusiastic to learn concepts
