Position Overview:
We’re now looking to hire Construction Helpers for a high-profile project in Saudi Arabia. This job suits people who have worked in bricklaying, tile setting, and helping out on building sites. The people we pick will have to do many different jobs. These include supporting masonry work and keeping the site safe and clean.
Key Responsibilities: Construction Helper
- Tool and Equipment Handling: Should help to find, handle, and use tools, materials, and equipment needed for construction work.
- Site Preparation: Make sure the construction site is ready for masonry work, including putting up and taking down temporary scaffolding.
- Support Masonry Work: Help masons during building activities, including mixing mortar and cement concrete, curing structures, and handling building materials.
- Safety Compliance: Keep the work area safe by following safety rules and guidelines, with a focus on health and safety practices on the job site.
Qualifications and Experience: Construction Helpers
| Minimum Qualification Required: | Upto 9th Grade |
| Experience: | 3 to 10 years experience in the same field, particularly as a Helper Mason or Mason Tiling |
| Language Skills: | Basic proficiency in understanding construction related instructions |
| Gender Preferences: | Male candidates preferred |
Compensation and Benefits:
| Salary: | USD 25,000/- to 35,000 annually |
| Duty Hours: | Full Time position with standard working hours as per Saudi Labor Laws |
